Bian Baiping, born in April 1956, chaired the board of supervisors at both the SAIC Motor and the Shanghai Municipal Investment (Group) Corp.Previously, he served as deputy chief of Jing'an district in Shanghai and had been responsible for the district's Youth League and Party committee affairs. He headed the Shanghai municipal transportation bureau, as well as Changning district's local government and Party committee.
Chen Weifeng, born in October 1962, is vice-chairperson of the board of supervisors and secretary of the discipline inspection commission of SAIC Motor.Previously, Chen joined the SAIC Development Company, serving as its deputy general manager, deputy Party secretary, secretary of the discipline inspection commission, and chairperson of the trade union. He headed the cadre offices at both Shanghai Automotive Industry (Group) Corp and SAIC Motor.
Ding Ning, male, born in April 1960, is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and graduated from the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC. He used to work at Shanghai Naval Support Base as an officer in the political department's organization and cadre sectors, as well as the cadre demobilization office. He also held positions including political instructor at Shanghai Naval Oil Terminal, political assistant at People's Liberation Army 411 Hospital, and liaison officer in charge of demobilization at the navy's cadre demobilization department in Shanghai. Ding is now an investigator in the finance sector of Shanghai Party committee.
Jiang Baoxin, born in June 1969, is a member of the supervisory board of SAIC Motor and heads the company's audit office.Previously, Jiang was chief financial officer of the commercial vehicle unit and deputy head of the audit office of SAIC Motor. His other roles included senior managing positions at Shanghai General Motors Co, chief financial officer of SsangYong Motor Co and chief financial officer of Shanghai Diesel Engine Co.
Zhu Peili, female, born in November 1972, is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). With a master's degree in engineering, she is a senior engineer. Zhu now holds the positions of employee representative supervisor and vice-chairman of the Trade Union in SAIC Motor Corporation Limited. She used to work as an official at Shanghai Automotive Industry Sales Company, as secretary to the Board of Directors and secretary of the Youth League Committee at Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation(Group), as secretary of the Youth League Committee at SAIC Motor Corporation Limited, and as deputy secretary of CPC at Shanghai Tractor & Internal Combustion Engine Co Ltd. She also held positions at Shanghai Superior Die Technology Co Ltd (SSDT) and Kolbenschmidt Pierburg Shanghai Nonferrous Components Co Ltd as Labor Union chairman and secretary of Party Committee.
