Chen Zhixin, born in May 1959, is board director, president and deputy Party secretary of SAIC Motor.Previously, he served as vice-president of Shanghai Automotive Industry (Group) Corp and later vice-resident and executive vice-president of SAIC Motor. He was general manager at SAIC Passenger Vehicle Co, Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co, Shanghai SAIC-Volkswagen Sales Co and Nanjing Automobile (Group) Corp, respectively.
Zhou Langhui, born in July 1971, is vice-president and deputy Party chief of SAIC Motor.Previously, Zhou served as assistant to the president of Shanghai Automotive Industry (Group) Corp. He also served as deputy Party secretary of SAIC Motor, secretary of the company's discipline inspection commission, vice-president and executive director of the human resources department. He was general manager of Kolbenschmidt Shanghai Piston Co.
Yu Jianwei, born in November 1960, serves as vice-president of SAIC Motor, as well as Party secretary of Nanjing Automobile (Group) Corp. Previously, Yu was general manager and deputy Party chief of Yuejin Motor (Group) Co. He also served as a senior executive and Party chief at Nanjing Automobile (Group) Corp.

Previously, he was a vice-GM and GM at the Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp (Group); manager of the Economic Operations Dep't of SAIC Motor; manager of the Quality and Economic Operations Dep't of SAIC Motor; executive director of the Quality and Economic Operations Dep't of the Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp (Group); deputy chief economist at SAIC Motor; GM of the Shanghai Huizhong Automotive Manufacturing Co; GM of the Shanghai Wanzhong Automotive Components Co; a vice president of the Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp (Group); and GM of its Automotive Service and Trade Division.
Wang Xiaoqiu, born in August 1964, serves as vice-president of SAIC Motor, general manager of the company's passenger vehicle branch and director of the technology center.Previously, he was deputy general manager of the passenger vehicle branch and deputy chief economist of SAIC Motor. He also assumed senior executive positions in a variety of other automotive companies including deputy head of the quality assurance department of Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co and general manager of Shanghai General Motors Co.
Shen Yang, born in September 1961, is a Party member and has a master's degree in economics. He is a senior engineer and vice-president of SAIC Motor and a GM of Shanghai General Motors Wuling. He was previously a deputy manager and manager at the Liuzhou Micro Vehicle Factory; a manager at the Liuzhou Machinery Factory; and GM of Liuzhou Wuling Automobile Co.
Lan Qingsong, born in January 1965, is a Party member and has a master's degree in engineering and an MBA. He is vice-president of SAIC Motor, a GM of SAIC Motor's Commercial Vehicle Dep't and a GM of the Shanghai Commercial Vehicle Co. He was previously a deputy executive manager at the Shanghai Sachs Powertrain Components System Co; a CEO and vice-president at Ssangyong Motor Co; and a deputy GM at SAIC Motor's Commercial Vehicle Dep't.
Cheng Jinglei, born in September 1967, is a Party member and has a master's degree and an MBA. He is a senior engineer and chief engineer of SAIC Motor. He was previously a manager at Technology and Quality Dep't of Shanghai Automobile Industry Corp (Group), a vice-president at its Automotive Engineering Institute; a manager of SAIC Motor's Technology and Quality Dep't; an executive vice-president and president at the Automotive Engineering Institute of Shanghai Automobile Industry Corp (Group); president of SAIC Motor's Automotive Engineering Institute, a deputy chief engineer at SAIC Motor, and an executive manager of SAIC Motor's Strategy and Business Dep't.
Wei Yong, male, born in April 1972, is the acting CFO of SAIC Motor. Wei holds a postgraduate degree in economics and is a senior economist. Previously, he was a member of the strategic committee of the board, the deputy director of the chairman’s office, and the executive director of both capital operations and securities affairs departments at SAIC Motor. Wei now serves as the acting CFO in SAIC Motor, the GM and the securities affairs representative in the Securities Affairs Department, and the GM of the Finance Business Department at SAIC Motor, and the GM of SAIC Motor HK Investment Limited and SAIC Capital Investment Limited.
Wang Jianzhang, born in January 1969, is board secretary of SAIC Motor, as well as executive director of the company's risk management department.Previously, she served as deputy general manager of the international cooperation department and deputy head of the board office of Shanghai Automotive Industry (Group) Corp. Later, she was head of the strategy committee of the board of directors, board secretary and head of the board office of SAIC Motor. She also had worked at Pan Asia Technical Automotive Center Co, serving as the company's Party secretary, head of its discipline inspection commission and chairperson of the trade union.
